Yoga Nidra for Relaxation

In this practice, we will limit all physical movement and focus on our sense of hearing. Sam will gently guide you through a consciousness rotation of the body and breath with the aim of calming the mind and quieting the body.

Nasal box breathing is a simple, yet powerful technique used to induce focus, concentration, and emotional regulation. Regular practice of nasal breathing and box breathing can help you develop mindfulness and resilience in your daily life.

Downregulation Expert

Sammywell offers trauma-informed health coaching, restorative yoga, functional breathing, self-myofascial release and adaptive fitness instruction to those seeking help with chronic pain, weight management, stress management. 


Founder, Sam, brings over 10 years of experience helping individuals create and sustain goals centered on movement, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and downregulating the nervous system. 


Additionally, Sam is available for voiceover work.
